IMPORTANT: Only do what you are capable of doing; If it hurts, STOP. If it's too hard, STOP.

Please ensure you have your parent's permission to undertake these swim sets. DO NOT SWIM ON YOUR OWN IN THE OCEAN OR RIVER.
